How a session goes

Three parts. Setup, interview, scorecard.

Each session runs on your voice, from the first question to the last follow-up.

    Setup

    Upload your CV as a PDF and fill in a short profile: title, org size, domain, years leading, target level. Pick a level, a company or the generic track, a format, and when you want feedback.

    Interview

    You speak your answers. The interviewer asks follow-ups based on your real experience. When you say "we", it asks what you did.

  3. 03

    Scorecard

    Every answer gets a STAR breakdown, a score from 1 to 4, and 2 concrete improvements. The session ends with an overall verdict and 3 priorities for your next practice.

Each question carries a source link and a date. Each one has one of two tags. The bank is refreshed monthly.

We derived the question from the company's published leadership principles. A synthesized question is never presented as one that was asked.

The PDF is parsed and then deleted. Only a short text brief is kept, and you can delete it at any time.

Who is ITLeaderPath for?

Engineering leaders who are preparing for interviews. It covers 6 levels: Tech Lead / Team Lead, Engineering Manager, Senior EM / Group Manager, Director of Engineering, VP / Head of Engineering, and CTO / C-level.

Is it live?

No. ITLeaderPath is in development. The first release is an invite-only beta, and the waitlist form is how you join it. There is no launch date yet.

Are the questions real questions from Amazon, Google and the others?

Each question is tagged. "Reported" means it comes from a public interview report. "Synthesized" means we derived it from the company's published leadership principles. Every question shows a source link and a date, and the bank is refreshed monthly.

What happens to my CV?

The PDF is parsed and then deleted. Only a short text brief is kept, and you can delete it at any time. The interviewer uses the brief and your short profile to ask about your real experience.

How much does it cost?

Your first interview is free, up to 15 minutes. After that it is €39 per month or €99 per quarter. Both plans include 150 voice minutes per month. A full mock takes 45 minutes, so 150 minutes covers 3 of them with time left for drills.

What language are the interviews in?

English. You speak your answers and the interviewer speaks back in English.
